After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm taking the next 12-16 weeks to focus on hypertrophy training. My wife is beginning to diet to do a show within the next year, so I'm shifting this time to join in her footsteps for support. I'm hoping to compete again before the end of 2019.

Saturday's training I got in with my man Alex and his wife. He was on a deload, but I had a pretty high volume session to end out my own program. I tried to get in and out as I went out to dinner with my wife and sister at a new place in town. It was some decent food, but I personally just needed more volume of food for the price (lifter problems). I really enjoyed this training session though!
