Since my shoulder surgery regaining my bench strength and confidence has been on the top of my list. After hitting 180 Lbs a couple weeks ago I have a fire lit under me. I am training hard on this lift, working on my weaknesses to make them my strengths. I have set a new bench goal of 220 lbs for the Worlds in November. I am driven and I will succeed !
