the last "trip-set" of this workout is brutal. Round one is never that bad but it instantly hits me when I start round 2. Was able to inch my way up in weight on all three movements and keep a good strict muscle contraction so that's neat, I am not the best nor do I enjoy isolation movements very much but progress is progress when developing a larger muscle to transition into strength / power.
