Sammy has been covered up with work at Verizon, family, life and Head Banging at the multitude of Raves he attends, Lol....but he still finds time to get in some training.
El Guapo as we call him is one of those people that always makes you smile, brings energy to any room he walks into and has a heart as big as his smile.
He is the only other person besides myself to squat 700 or more raw in a full power meet in our 20 years at Team Nebobarbell. When Sammy wants to and he can really buckle down on training he may can one day challenge my 750 raw squat in a full power raw meet. I hope he can!
