Squatted this morning (Sunday 12/30). My Strength level is pretty decent right now, I'm working on fixing some technical issues before the XPC world meet at The Arnold.
bar x 5 x2 sets 1 plate x5 x 2sets
2 plates x 3 x 2 sets- after all these warmup sets I was finally feeling a little looser. 385x2 425x2 485x1 525x1 575x1 635x1
I've slowed my squat down a little bit and the 635 felt pretty easy. It is somewhere around what I plan to open with.
Accessory work: 3x15 hamstring curls 3x15 standing cable crunches.
