After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

A Friday leg session that SUCKED. Talk about a hard session, and I finally used the Pit Shark for what I wanted to use it for - to blow up and crush my legs. I pretty much used it for just about everything in my training session. We plan on using it at THIRST a lot, so I want to make sure I keep my options open in terms of my programs and things I'm doing with our athletes. Needless to say, my legs hated me the following day!
