Front rack reverse lunge 4x10 I've started doing these in lieu of walking lunges. I prefer these in my training right now because I've been trying to build my glutes and hamstrings.
Lying hamstring curls 4x10
45 degree back extensions 4x15 The gym I've been doing my squat training in has no GHR, so I've been supersetting hamstring curls with a more hip dominant back extension. My focus while doing these is tucking my pelvis at the top and contracting my glutes as hard as I can.
