I started at the Unit today for log and then headed to the closest globogym to my new house to give it a test drive. WORST. "GYM". EVER. It was a small, cramped space with poor equipment, poor staff, and I have nothing positive to say about it other than I will never set foot in there again. Time to start doing some measuring and planning for the inception of a garage gym. On the bright side, training went swimmingly today.

Log Clean & Jerk (clean once)

complex x 85

complex x 135

complex x 185

3x225

2x255

3x285

3x295

3x300 - All sets felt fast and easy and I'm getting better at stabilizing my hips to prevent valgus knee movement on my dip and drive. I got video of the last 2 sets that I will post after I get it edited.

Fat Gripz Bench

10x45

10x95

5x135

5x185

3x225

1x255

3x5x285

Fat Gripz DB Rows

3x10ea x 100 - Too easy, but these were the heaviest DBs in globogym and I didn't have any bands with me to use for added resistance.

SS: Standing Close Grip Cable Rows/Dips

15x200/15xBW

15x200/10x50

15x200/10x90 - Here again the max weight I could use on the rows was 200 cause that was the limit of the only cable stack in the place. Pitiful.
