20min elliptical warm up

  • 60sec wall squats 4 sets
  • Reverse hypers 5x20
  • Kettle bell swings 5x20
  • Lying leg curls 5x10
  • Deads against bands 5sets
  • Leg press 5 sets
  • Oblique bends 4x10
