  • Single leg press 4x20
  • Single leg stiff deads 3x12
  • Step UPS to a short box. Body weight only 3x25 ( concentrated on pushing thru the heel and big toe)
  • Bike 10 min
  • Calf raises 4x20
  • Wall squat holds 4x45 seconds
  • Ab planks 3xfailure
