I might not have a great training cycle or a pattern of days that I train are not the same. This is the life of someone trying to make it with two jobs. "Making it" is what I've taught myself over the years. Survival of fittest. That's exactly how I "make it"! I wish I had normal schedule because I know my quality of life would improve and my training were most certainly improve. I do the best with what I have I'm sorry if it annoys you that I'm not a social media queen and that my post come in large clumps but I get my training in and I live my life by making it each day. What's your excuse?

  • 20min bike
  • Wall squat holds 4x30 sec
