After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

This particular Friday I got in some leg training at the gym and broke in my True Squat that I bought from Elitefts. I really enjoy this machine, as it's incredibly unique but the way that it isolates the quads is something that is a bit different compared to other machines that are similar. Quite a bit of volume today, but the hope is that I can start working some light squats and deadlifts into the mix here soon.
