I'm currently in a off season style of training, trying to bring up weak points and improve body composition for the duration of the summer. At the end of summer I will reevaluate where I stand, and decide whether I would like to compete in the late fall, or wait until the XPC Finals in March of 2016.

Saturday began my deload from the end of the training block. For the weekend sessions my goal is to not touch a bar whatsoever. All I want to do is get some blood flow, get some good movement patterns in, sweat, and get out. I wanted to get some things stimulated, but give my body ample time to recover and let any nagging issues I have begin to fix themselves. I left this session feeling rather good and was glad it was just light. Considering it was the weekend of the 4th, it was nice to have that time with family anyways and not worry about a long squat/deadlift day.
