We had a change of scenery today and trained at Perfect Storm. Its a great facility with top notch equipment. The entire group had a good time and appreciated the hospitality.

I went heavy today because the SI joint was feeling good. The plan was to stop at 3 plates, but Noah was feeling froggy so I had to call him out and have a squat off with Santa. He put up a good fight...
