I finally got my MRI results back and got some answers. It appears my back pain is from a 4mm protrusion at my L5-S1 surgery site that is pressing on the S1 nerve root. I'll be sending the images and report over to my back doctor and see what he says. I'm going to ask for injections since they worked really well the last time I got them. The good news is that the bulge at my L4-L5 hasn't gotten any larger since January 2013 and the L5-S1 protrusion only changed by 1mm.

The MRI of my left elbow didn't show any bone spurs like I expected it to, but it did show that my elbow is riddled with arthritis and why it hurts so bad. I'll be sending the images and report over to my orthopaedist and see what he says, but I'm pretty sure he'll suggest cleaning out the elbow like I had done before.
