Today I realized I'm doing something more and more than normal....fucking around. I go in to train, but end up shooting the shit, talking trash, being a dick and everything else other than actually focusing on training. I'm not sure if it's because I'm injured, bored or simply gotten to the point of where I'm just going to the gym because that's what I'm just used to doing. It can't be the injury because I was falling into this rut before the shoulder thing happened. I need to find a happy medium where I'm back to enjoying training and actually doing what the hell I'm supposed to while also shooting the shit and helping out. I need to make some changes....
