This heavy week has started off really well. I've been following the RP nutrition templates and I find it really helps keep my performance high while dropping weight, This week my weight has been hovering slightly above/below 63kg which is my competition weight. I'm going to do my best to maintain this until nationals where I'd like to be just below 63kg. I was able to handle some pretty serious weights so I was really pleased to do it at my competition weight.
