Work

Comp grip bench

I did four doubles with 390 lbs.

The fifth set I capped at ten, could have done more but just learning how to lift again, so I'm setting caps.

Accessories

Red Shoulder saver pad

I did two sets of twelve with 255 lbs

Push-ups 10 x 7 and finished the last 30 in one whole set.

Side raises I did two sets of 12 one with 25 lbs and the second with 30 lbs.

Rear delt flyes, I did two sets of twenty-five with 110 lbs.

Overall

Starting to feel some pop off the chest, still very slow.

I need to focus on lats and bending the bar to keep them activated.

My setup is a primary focus; it needs to be the same and closer to the "top," so the handout doesn't have so much movement. I'm working to make it the same every time.

My breathing during reps sucks, that needs a lot of work set up first, then breathing.

The last thing I wrote in my log was patience- funny cause I ain't-a doctor, so I don't have any.
