Man this was a good day! I've recently switched to stopping and resetting my reps for deads. The first week was harder to figure out, but this week felt strong and snappy as hell. Once I figured out how to create tightness at the bottom and was more patient off the floor everything seemed to click. I still need to work on being a bit more patient and lock my shoulders in harder, but overall I'm really happy with pulling 10lbs under my current pr for four reps 135x5 185x5 235x3 285x2 325x1 360x4 365x3 345x3
