Still figuring the wraps out. This week my training partner decided to try some different ways of wrapping my knees, and oh golly was it a ride. I found out how tight is too tight for 305 thats for sure! For the most part this was a good session, only one set felt like my knees weren't wrapped right, every other set felt good and strong
