Made the 1 hour drive to London to squat on Saturday before I left for vacation. Ted Toalston, Steve Diel and I took some max effort squats vs 2 grey elitefts bands per side. It was rough for me to say the least. I like squatting with these guys because they are good coaches, and they are both better than me, so I have to work even harder to keep up.

1 plate x 3 x 2sets 2 plates x 3 x 2sets 3 plates x 2 x 1 set (this is where it started to get pretty heavy) 380lbs x 2 x 1 set 430lbs x 1 x 2 sets

The fist set with 430 the band tension nearly got the best of me and I didn't stay tight enough off the box and had a rough time standing back up with it, but with Dave Tate coaching us at the time I wasn't going to miss it.

I came back and took it again for another single and stayed tighter and it looked and felt a lot better.
