I really like training in these shoes!

CB Front Squat:

bar x 5 135 x 3 x 2. I had to take it a second time as I was super tight 185 x 3 225 x 3 275 x 1 315 x 1 365 x 1

This is a huge PR are for me. I have ever held that much in a front squat before.

Shoulder Saver Bench:

I have been unracking the weight myself. This is a help and will be good in the future. With Tony now training with me at least I have a spot.

135 x 3 225 x 3 315 x 1 405 x 1 455 x 1 495 x 1 and it was a grinder!
