That was the first stupid jump I`m made in the two weeks. I should have just went to 215. I didn`t miss so it`s ok. By it was a lot of work lol
My accessory work on this day was sprinting with the prowler. It was awful. Not as bad as I was expecting. But pretty bad. We did pretty short sprints for 10 sets.
