After an abysmal showing at APF Equipped Nationals, I'm now in an off season mode of training. Currently, I am in a strength block building up strength and weaknesses to prepare me for a meet prep cycle for WPC World's in November.

This day was more about me helping everyone else rather than me really getting anything truly accomplished. I did want to hit some light movements to get some blood flowing and feel some good contractions, but other than that, I really didn't come in with a set plan. It was nice to just take a back seat and focus on helping everyone else for a change. A good little pump, and that was it. I wish deloads could be more exciting, but we know that's not the case.
