I’m currently in off season mode working on bringing up certain qualities and weaknesses I noticed from the IPA Grand Prix Nationals. This training will be laying the ground for my training cycle into the 2016 XPC Finals.

Sunday I got back in town from being down in southern Indiana and got in a training session with some of the Purdue Barbell members. A group of them were on their way back to up school after break, and they decided to swing by to catch a training session and grab some food. We all had a great training session, and it was good to have a good crew of lifters there to really push each other and battle it out for weight moved. It's always awesome to see some of the progress these guys have made as well.

Pretty much we just benched and ate. I think you're catching on to my theme the past few days. What else would make us powerlifters though?
