We're hosting our second meet at UF- the Iron City Pro/Am- where we're giving away over $2000 in cash plus a bunch of great supplement prizes (like full tubs of protein and all that).
Doug and Candi are running the show while my staff and I will be around to support and make sure lifters are getting what they need. I MC'd the last one and had a good time doing so- maybe Doug will give me the mic again.
In addition, Mr. Steve Goggins is coming in tomorrow to put on a (sold out) seminar for local lifters. He'll be covering all things in the squat provided his infinite wisdom.
I'm being an ass, but I'm really looking forward to getting some QT with Steve and then roll into the meet Saturday and give back to the sport a little bit.
