On these even weeks of training I will be squatting in just briefs but using percentages based on my projection of 960. This will give me some volume, allow me to get stronger without full gear on, plus with more reps I can really dial in my technique.

These weeks for me will actually be harder due to the sets and reps in gear deficiency that I will have. In the long run these weeks will help pave the path to the destination I am planning to arrive at by the end of this year.

So far two weeks into this training cycle all of my teammates and myself are on track. No missed lifts, no injuries and no outside factors at this point are prohibiting us from our goal. There will be 10 Nebobarell lifter competing in March, with 4 of those lifters being multiply and 3 of those multiply lifters will be competing for the first time in multiply!
