I could tell when I woke up today that something was coming over me. I was feeling weak, stuffy and well like a pu$$y....

Once I got to the gym I was feeling worse but tried to suck it up and shake it off. I was not sure if I ate something bad or if I was just getting plain ol sick.

I got through the bench sets and I knew I was done. I did my accessories and headed home. I took a half a bottle of NyQuil and went into a comma....

Yay! Im sick!....
