Fat bar (35#) Add double red minis (80# band tension) Bar x 3 125x3 215x3 265x3 305x3 355x3 405x2 [I was all over the place on this set. It was a struggle to hit two where I've done this for multiple triples in the past.] 445x1 (525 at the top) [So I went for broke and ended up saving my psyche this training session. I'm better at singles, moreso mentally than anything else.] 305x10

DB high Tate press 50-60-70-80 x10

DB rows 100x15x3 sets

Pull ups 10x2

Grenade tricep push downs Grenade face pulls 5x10 each

I took it easy on the triceps and added some extra back work for today.
