DB bench 60# 4x25 Meadows rows 2x10 Triceps push downs 2x10

Texas power bar (last time I used a fat bar) Add double red minis (80#) Bar x 5 135x5x2 sets 225x5 315x3 365x1 405x1 455x1 (535# at the top) Add slingshot 495x1 (575# at the top) 315x10 to a 2 board -no slingshot

455 was 10# more than last time I did these, about five weeks ago. And the slingshot set was easy. Bench is feeling good!

Fat bar JM pin press 135x10 225x10 275x10 315x10x3 sets

Dips BW x 15 50#x20x4 sets

Pull ups 10x2

Band push downs 4x15

DB rows 2x15
