DB bench 130# 4x10 paired with Chest supported row 100# 4x10 -3 min rest

-The presses were easy, the rows gassed me. I thought 3 minutes rest would be plenty but I needed every bit of it to get my heart rate down. I'll have to remain conscientious about the rest periods because that will be a big help for me in terms of recovery for future training sessions.

Weighted dips at 45# 3x12

Max chain fly at 5 chains/side 3x12

Lat pull down 4x10 90 sec rest

Curls paired with Tricep ext 30# each 4x10 and 4x15

-Realized my left bicep tendon is likely impinged. I couldn't stabilize my curls at all so I just did single arm and kept them light. It's affecting my bench in terms of strength and stability, but I'm not benching right now so who cares?
