We should all have goals, if you don't get some. No matter how small or big, but attaining any thing is better than remaining constant and still. We only live for so long might as well live BIG.

Time is always a factor. Everyone is always telling me they have time for the gym. But they have time to go shopping and to watch too much TV. Its annoying and simple as if you want something bad enough get off your ass and go do it. Make time for what you want. Ether that is pursuing a relationship a degree or a powerlifting meet. You will make it happen if its important to you. No more games , life is so short.

Find your goal, make and plan, stick to it.
