I am still in a bit of an off season for my squats so I usually play my squat days by ear. Today I was feeling exceptionally fresh so I decided to hit a heavy single. I have usually been staying around that 70-80% range working on being explosive but today I felt great and I took advantage. I am a huge advocate of the Single Ply M Briefs under my suit but I wanted to save my new pair for my meet prep for November. I decided to wear my multi ply Ace Pro's. For me these briefs work much better alone than under another multi ply suit. I hit a pr in these of 900lbs even.
