I woke up today to find myself limping and my foot killing me. My heel feels just like my foot arch did last year when I dealt with that plantar fascia issue. Nothing happened from yesterday night when it was fine until this morning when it started hurting. So I limped around all day and when I got home john texted me that he had to work late. I just decided "that's it! I'm staying home tonight!". My leg issue isn't gone and now my foot. Im clearly missing something and not where I need to be physically with my lower body. My plan is to set up a PT appointment at the first of the year to get down to what's going on.

Ive been in hyper posterior chain mode for two months and while my hams and back feel great my legs do not. It's clearly not just an imbalance issue.
