I'm currently in a two week off season focusing on volume and more bodybuilding style of training. I plan to pick back up to more powerlifting training starting on May 23rd, 2015. My goal for these few weeks is to allow for a bit more recovery on my joints and just have some fun.

Thursday morning I got in my back training for the week. I had to be up early to travel to Indy to meet up with some guys that I was handling at SPF Nationals down in Tennessee. This was a great session and I was in and out in no time. I personally enjoy training back probably more than any other body part as the exercise options to hit things are nearly limitless. This rounds out week 1 of the volume training and I will have one more week of this, and then back to some more powerlifting centered training. It's been a great break already though.
