After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

A rather late Thursday night training session with the Wifey. I knocked out my new 10x10 work, which is still rather easy. Then just went hard on some back work and got out of there. It was just one of those days that I was ready to get home and try to get some rest and relaxation before having to run the gym all day on Friday. I'll be having my training blog post up here soon about our 6 months of gym ownership as well!
