After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

The 10x10 work is continuing to progress and is slowly getting harder. I suspect that over the coming weeks I'm going to have to start really putting in some hard effort on each set. Right now I'm basically leaving the session with a minor pump and that's it. Otherwise, the rest of the back training was pretty typical and going good. Rather quick one to crank out and get done.
