Squat day. Went moderate to heavy on the weights. Tried to keep form stable. I'm guessing this 265 raw squat was 80% of a true raw max. My squat is by far my weakest due to my crappy knees.

 

Warm up:

  2. Foam roll
  3. Stretch hams and glutes
