Today I worked up to a heavy single on the safety squat bar. After 15 minutes of mobility and soft tissue work I was feeling pretty good.

I felt pretty good and probably had a little more in the tank but I'm getting ready for a DL only at the Arnold in March. So, I called it there and was happy with the PR.
