Neural Prep 3. seated box jumps with increasing weight DBs 3x3
Training 4.Back squat Up to 240 x 1 (no belt, no wrap)PR!!!!! Where the heck did that come from mid-thesis-breakdown???!
5. Down sets 3 x 2 x 195 fast fast fast
6. Barbell narrow NARROW behind to bottom squats 3 x 5 Kinda done like hack squat
7. Bulgarian DB split jerk 3 x 3 each leg -Drop down to catch position, and then come to stand with DB overhead
