Last Monday was my last full-range shirt workout before the XPC Semis.

Shirt work has been going well the last few sessions, so I was looking forward to taking around a second attempt to a touch. Here's how it went.

Warmed up raw to a single at 315 before getting my shirt on at 405. Went:

405 - 3 board

495 - 2 board

565 - 1 board

605 - touch

635 - touch

The touch and press were easy on both the 605 and the 635. Not really a whole lot to say here other than I'm really confident in my bench right now, and it's time to start shutting down the shirt work. I'll take one more shirted board press and that will be it until the meet.

My arms are always shot after shirt work, so I did 4 sets on the pullover machine, which allows me to train my back without stressing my elbows and biceps too much. Then I did 4 sets of triceps pushdowns. Finished with 4 sets on the shrug machine and hit the road!
