I went to see Dr. Reuss on March 16th which is 7 weeks post-op. He's very happy with my progress and the fact that I'm well ahead of expectations. My PT ROM measurements are as follows: Flexion 165°, ABduction 144°, External 71° and Internal 78°. External is still quite painful to do and I've started getting AC joint pain too. Dr. Ruess has told me that as of April 25th he'd be okay with me starting to bench lightly again and working my hands back up to holding a bar on my back. This is exciting because I didn't expect him to say this until July. He also gave me the option to stop PT, but i figured I'd continue with it for a bit longer since my PTA, Mason, is helping me a lot with my ROM. Maybe by week 12 I'll be ready to taper off the PT. In the mean time he told me to keep doing what I'm doing and gave me the green light to do some light curls and pressdowns, but not too do anything silly.

It's looking better and better that I'll be ready for the WPO in November.
