Training

At the beginning of this strength block I wanted to get more familiar with ALLLLL the style of bands that Elitefts has to offer so I programmed to use them. Well, that crashed and burned as the constant changing of bands for partners and the issues we had getting one side to somewhat match the other was wasting time and annoying the crap out of me. What I have found is simply doubling whatever band you want to use (for squat and bench at least) seems to be the most: * consistent way to get tension on both sides * the easiest setup and tear down (especially for multiple people using different tensions) *Easiest way to troubleshoot if band tension is off on one side (as you see here I just added a Mini band to one side to even everything out
