I put on the Metal M single ply bench shirt for training today. I wear multi-ply but this shirt is a great training shirt that allows me to train with weights heavier than I could raw but without the poundage needed to bench in a multi-ply shirt. This recruits more muscle but doesn't tax my nervous system as much.

 

bench - wore Metal M single ply bench shirt - worked to a 2 board

worked up doing triples to 405 for 5 triples

 

dumbbell press - flat

worked up to 130s for 2 sets of 5 reps

 

dumbbell press - incline

worked up to 70s for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

barbell rows

worked up to 185 for 5 sets of 5 reps

 

benching felt good today and I was able to keep a solid pace while maintaining form.
