Had 3 rice crispy treats as some pre-training fuel. They did not taste as good the second time. My entire body has DOMS right now and I'm just suffering sitting on the couch currently. You wonder why we do this stuff sometimes, but once we KNOW why it's just as easy as getting out of bed and turning off your alarm. You just do it. Day by day.
