After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

This particular leg sessions was a pretty good one. I was able to get after it for once and have a great leg pump. If there is any session that's really been taking a backseat lately, it's been my lower body days. I'm hoping that I can compete in a bench only meet by the end of the year, so I'm just trying to keep continuing to train my legs as I can. It's not optimal by any means, but it's just what I have to do. Any time I can get a leg session in like this, I chalk it up as a win.
