After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

This was my first training session back after being clearly to be active again. Weights were incredibly low, and some things just didn't feel all that great, so I pretty much went through the motions. I'm basically going to be using the next week or so to feel out certain exercises and discover what I can push a bit more, and what I'll merely have to use as basically recovery and stimulation work.

My goal is that hopefully within 6 weeks (end of January 2020) I'll be able to start really putting some weight on things that are on the safer side, and slowly but surely expand my exercise options as I go.
