Sorry for the lack of posts, here's a little catch-up.

4/6 was a bench session, and I was supposed to work up on a 2 1/2 board. I used to use a 3 board, but my arms are so short, there's really no point.

Warmed up with the bar, then went;

95 x 5

135 x 5

185 x 1

225 x 1

275 x 1

315 x 1

added 3-board

365 x 1

Put shirt on and stayed at singles

455 - 3 board

495 - 2 1/3 board - stayed on this board.

545 x 1

585 x 1

635 x 1

675 x 1

705 x 1

Felt pretty easy, considering the weight. Looking forward to going full range in a couple of weeks!

Sunday, 4/12 was a squat session, and we were working up with an average band on a box.

This was my first time working with a band in almost a year, and I was a little apprehensive, but looking forward to seeing what I could do. After warming up with the bar (60), I worked up like this.

band x a few

150 x 5

200 x 1

240 x 1

290 x 1

330 x 1

Put my original metal pro brief

380 x 1

420 x 1

470 x 1

510 x 1

560 x 1

575 x 1

I was really surprised that I was able to get this high because it wasn't that far off of a pr. Not t mention I was wearing much less support than the last time I used bands.

Really happy with how everything is progressing so far, and I'm looking forward to getting back on a meet platform sometime this summer!
