*3 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*

Last week was peak tension for Circa Max Squats, and this week we deloaded some band tension while still keeping things fairly challenging. The weight moved a lot faster than it was a month or two ago, and things seem to be coming along as we get into crunch time for the meet. Being explosive is usually a big issue for me in training, I can grind through lifts but I get slow and run down really easily. So things being explosive in a good indicator of where I'm at. This coming Tuesday I will work up to my opening squat on max effort day, and then the following weekend will be a speed deload for squat.

Notes for Improvement: Release hips on box, keep back tight and chest up/knees out.
