Everything felt pretty good. Left knee was popping a lot but I didn't have a lot of pain so of course I kept going which led to a now a still swollen knee for over a week, pain is still minimal.

It just the cards I've been dealt I can't change it.

Speed squats 175 safety bar 6x3

Sped pulls 225x6x3

100 continuous leg curls

4x50 close stance leg press

4x20 plate crunches
